Tish was browsing Lee's website earlier, so she already has it open on her tablet.
Lee logs in and starts a new session. The session will store a history of everything that happens whilst he is connected to Tish.
Tish clicks the Full Picture link at the bottom of Lee's homepage and is taken to a Full Picture connection screen showing a 3 digit code, and branded just like Lee's website.
Lee asks Tish to read out the PIN number on her screen.
He locates it in the customer queue, and connects to Tish.
Tish is greeted with Lee's welcome screen.
Lee is now ready to start finding the content he needs to describe his products and, reassure Tish. He uses the search and filters to locate the products he needs…
